This guide will help you get started safely and confidently, even if this is your first time using LED light therapy.

Your KOVE LED Light Mask set includes:
- 1 x LED light mask
- 1 x cooling ice pack
- 1 x instruction manual
- 1 x controller
- 1 x USB charging cable
- 3 x adjustable straps
- 2 x eye protection pads

Before using the mask for the first time, you need to fully charge the controller.
- Charging time is approximately 4–5 hours
- The indicator light flashes while charging
- The indicator light stays on when charging is complete

- Use the supplied USB cable
- Plug the controller into a suitable power source
- Wait until the charging indicator changes from flashing to solid
- Important: Do not use the device while it is charging.

To connect the straps to the mask simply follow the video above.

The LED mask comes complete with a cooling ice pack. Cooling can help the skin feel soothed and refreshed, and may help reduce puffiness and visible redness.
If you would like a cooling treatment:
- Place the ice pack in the freezer for 15–20 minutes
- Do not freeze it for longer than 1 hour
- Once chilled, fit it into the mask before use
- Cooling may stay effective for around 2–3 hours after chilling
- Place the ice pack in the freezer for 15–20 minutes

Choose the light mode that best matches your skin’s needs and the results you want to focus on. To change the light mode press the M button to scroll through the different modes. Each setting works differently, so the guide below explains what each light is designed to help with.
Red Light (630nm) – Renewal
Helps support collagen production and improve skin elasticity.
Blue Light (460nm) – Clarity
Helps target acne-causing bacteria and reduce breakouts.
Yellow Light (590nm) – Balance
Helps improve skin tone and reduce visible redness.
Near Infrared (850nm) – Deep Repair
Works below the skin’s surface to support recovery, hydration, and circulation.

Using the controller, you can adjust the treatment time to suit your skin’s needs. Simply press the T button to scroll through the treatment time in minutes.
- Treatment times: 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 minutes

Using the controller, you can adjust the intensity of the light to suit your skin’s needs. Simply press the E button to scroll through the treatment time in minutes. Choose between 3 intensity levels:
- Low / Medium / High

Near Infrared works beneath the skin’s surface to support recovery and overall skin health. It can be used alongside the other light modes to give deeper support for hydration, circulation, and repair.
Using the controller, you can turn the Near Infrared on and off. Simply short press the NIR button to turn on or off.

Once your mask is assembled, place it comfortably over your face, adjust the straps so it feels secure, then connect the controller and choose your light mode, intensity, and treatment time. For your first session, start slowly by testing the mask on your skin for 1 minute, begin on a low intensity, and only continue if your skin feels comfortable.
To get the best results, use the mask consistently rather than doing too much too soon. A good starting routine is 15–25 minutes per session, 3–4 times per week, increasing time or intensity gradually based on your skin’s sensitivity and how it responds over time. -

Start gently, pay attention to how your skin responds, and adjust the mode, intensity, and session length to suit your comfort over time.
For Breakouts
- Blue light

For Fine Lines and Skin Renewal

- Medium intensity
- 20–25 minutes
- 3–4 times per week
- Optional: add near infrared
For Redness or Sensitive Skin

- 15–20 minutes
- 2–3 times per week
- Optional: use with the cooling ice pack
- Blue light

For a safe and comfortable experience, always use the mask exactly as directed and begin with the lowest settings if you are new to LED light therapy. Do not use the device while it is charging, avoid over-freezing the cooling insert, and stop use if your skin feels unusually irritated or uncomfortable.
