30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may return any unused and unopened KOVE product within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the original packaging has been lost or discarded, we will still accept the return. In these cases, a 20% restocking fee applies to cover inspection, testing, repackaging, and handling.

How to Return Your Product

2. Pack the Item Securely

Items must be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. Any damage caused during return shipping is the sender’s responsibility and may reduce the final refund.

3. Return Shipping

Please return the item using a reliable courier service and retain your tracking number. If required, we can assist with arranging a collection at cost.

For large or palletised items, return arrangements may differ and will be confirmed during the return process.

Return Timeframe

Once you have notified us of your return, the item must be shipped back within 14 days.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received, our team will inspect the item to confirm it is unused and undamaged.

Approved refunds are processed within 1 working day of inspection and returned to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your payment provider to reflect the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used products
  • Electronic components once installed or powered on
  • Opened or used accessories
  • Custom-ordered or made-to-order items

Items Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the damage.

We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly where applicable. Damage reported after 24 hours may not be eligible for compensation, but we will still support you with diagnostics, parts, or repair solutions where possible.

Used Items & Exceptional Circumstances

We cannot accept returns for items that have been used.

If you believe your situation is exceptional, please contact us — we will always review cases fairly and aim to help wherever possible.

Bundle Returns

  • Returning all items within a bundle qualifies for a full refund
  • Returning part of a bundle results in a partial refund based on the items returned

Our warranty is split into two parts:

Part 1: 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Covers unused, unopened KOVE products in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Part 2: 2-Year Parts-Only Warranty

Coverage:

  • Replacement parts supplied for manufacturing defects or component failures

Customer Responsibility:

  • Labour costs for diagnosing, removing, and installing replacement parts
