Shipping policy

KOVE always ships with Next Working Day delivery.

erbside-only delivery is standard for large items such as saunas, ice baths, and outdoor wellness equipment.

Next Working Day Delivery

Next Working Day means the order must be paid for by 3:00pm on a working day to qualify.

Orders placed after 3:00pm, on Fridays after 3:00pm, over weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

For example, an order placed after 3:00pm on Friday will usually be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

Kerbside Delivery Only

All KOVE deliveries are made on a kerbside-only basis. This means items are delivered to the nearest safe external access point, such as a driveway, loading bay, or kerb.

Drivers do not:

  • Carry items indoors
  • Unpack or remove packaging
  • Position or install products

Many KOVE products are large and heavy. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:

  • Suitable vehicle access to the delivery location
  • All doorways, gates, corridors and turns will accommodate the item
  • Sufficient manpower or lifting equipment is available on site

Delivery Timescales

While we do everything possible to meet stated delivery times, all delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Once goods are with the carrier, delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or operational issues may occasionally occur.

Delivery Window

Standard deliveries take place Monday to Friday between 08:30 and 18:00.

Free or included delivery is provided as an all-day delivery slot.

Timed delivery services (AM/PM or specific time windows), where offered by our carrier, may be available on request and are chargeable.

Weekend delivery may be available on request and is subject to carrier availability.

If You Are Not Available

The first delivery attempt is included for orders that qualify for free delivery.

If no one is available during the all-day delivery slot, redelivery charges may apply, particularly for large or palletised items.

Drivers may attempt to call ahead of delivery where possible, but this is not guaranteed.

Important – Damage in Transit

Your goods are covered by our goods-in-transit arrangements with our delivery partners. To help us resolve any issues quickly, please:

  • Inspect goods on delivery and, where practical, unpack while the driver is present
  • Report any visible damage as soon as possible (preferably within 24 hours)
  • Take clear photographs of any damage or packaging issues

Reporting damage within 24 hours helps us process claims with the carrier. Reporting later may make claims more difficult, but does not affect your statutory rights if you are purchasing as a consumer.

Installation

KOVE does not provide an installation service.

We’ve made this decision deliberately. Many providers bundle delivery and installation together, often charging £1,000 or more for installation alone — despite the fact that most sauna and wellness installations typically take just a few hours to complete.

Instead, we supply our products in pre-cut, panel-based kits, similar in complexity to large-scale flat-pack furniture. This gives you the flexibility to appoint a trusted local tradesperson and avoid unnecessary installation costs.

Even with 6 person barrel and cube saunas, two to three competent handymen can complete installation within approximately 2–4 hours. Many customers also choose to assist during installation, which can reduce time and cost further. 

Some products — such as sauna heaters above domestic plug-in ratings — legally require installation by a suitably qualified professional, for example a Part P registered electrician

International & Non-Mainland Deliveries

Standard delivery pricing applies to mainland UK locations only.

For deliveries to non-mainland UK addresses or selected European locations, please contact us for a custom quotation.
