Important Notice
This document sets out KOVE’s voluntary manufacturer’s warranty.
It is provided in addition to, and does not replace, restrict or limit, any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Where there is any inconsistency between this warranty and applicable consumer legislation, the applicable legislation shall prevail.
Warranty Overview
Consumer Customers (B2C – UK)
All KOVE products supplied to consumers include a 2-Year KOVE Manufacturer’s Warranty commencing on the date of delivery.
During the warranty period, KOVE will, at its discretion and where a valid manufacturing defect is confirmed:
- Repair the product;
- Repair or replace the defective component;
- Supply replacement parts where appropriate;
- Replace the product with a new, refurbished or equivalent model; or
- Provide a refund where repair or replacement is not considered appropriate.
The method of resolution will depend upon the nature of the fault, the age of the product, product availability and the requirements of applicable consumer legislation.
This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights.
30-Day Commercial Returns Policy
KOVE also offers a voluntary 30-day returns policy for unused, unopened products returned in their original packaging.
Return shipping charges apply unless otherwise agreed by KOVE.
This policy is separate from any statutory cancellation rights available under applicable consumer legislation.
Business Customers (B2B)
Business, commercial and trade purchases include a 2-Year Parts Warranty.
The warranty covers replacement parts required as a result of manufacturing defects.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the warranty does not include:
- Labour;
- Installation;
- Call-out charges;
- Downtime;
- Loss of business;
- Loss of profits;
- Consequential or indirect losses.
Unused, unopened products may be returned within 30 days subject to return shipping costs.

- Installing products in accordance with the supplied instructions and local laws.
- Using products only for their intended purpose.
- Following all maintenance procedures contained within the user manual.

Chillers
The standard 2-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty applies.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
- Keep filters clean.
- Replace filter cartridges when required.
- Maintain adequate water flow.
- Maintain appropriate water chemistry.
- Use only water treatment products approved or recommended by KOVE.
- Install the unit on a level surface.
- Maintain adequate ventilation around the unit.
- Protect the unit from freezing conditions.
- Drain the unit before temperatures fall below freezing.
- Follow all maintenance procedures contained within the user manual.
Commercial & Shared Use
KOVE chillers may be suitable for shared use, gyms, studios and frequent plunging routines, provided the correct model has been selected and appropriate maintenance is carried out.
Higher usage places greater demands on the filtration system. As a minimum, the secondary hair net filter should be inspected and cleaned daily, or more frequently where required. The larger filter cartridge should also be inspected regularly and replaced whenever water flow becomes restricted or in accordance with the maintenance schedule.
If you are purchasing a chiller for commercial or shared use, we strongly recommend contacting the KOVE team before ordering so we can discuss your setup and recommend the most suitable product.
Where a product is used in an environment or application for which it is not designed, or contrary to KOVE’s recommendation, warranty coverage may not apply where that use has contributed to the fault.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Dirty or blocked filters;
- Restricted water flow;
- Failure to replace filter cartridges;
- Poor water chemistry;
- Corrosion caused by unsuitable chemicals;
- Freezing damage;
- Inadequate ventilation;
- Incorrect electrical installation;
- Power surges or unstable electrical supplies not attributable to the product;
- Commercial use of residential chillers beyond the product’s intended specification.
Indoor & Outdoor Saunas
The standard 2-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty applies.
Installation Requirements
To maintain warranty coverage:
- Installation must be completed in accordance with the supplied instructions and local laws.
- Electrical work should be completed by a suitably qualified electrician where required.
- Indoor saunas must only be installed indoors.
- Outdoor saunas must be installed on a suitable level base with appropriate drainage.
- Adequate ventilation must be maintained.
Maintenance Requirements
Customers should:
- Regularly inspect heater stones for outdoor saunas.
- Check benches and fixings.
- Keep ventilation openings clear.
- Maintain timber appropriately.
- Keep the sauna clean and dry when not in use.
Timber
Timber is a natural material. As a result, it may naturally:
- Expand and contract;
- Develop minor checking or surface cracks;
- Display knots;
- Change colour over time;
- Fade due to UV exposure;
- Show minor movement resulting from seasonal humidity.
These characteristics are not manufacturing defects unless they materially affect the structural integrity or safe operation of the product.
Sauna Heater Elements
Sauna heater elements that reach the end of their normal service life through regular use are considered consumable components and are not covered under this warranty.
However, heater element failures resulting from a manufacturing defect remain covered during the applicable warranty period.
Additional Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Incorrect electrical installation;
- Flooding;
- Excessive moisture beyond normal operation;
- Pest damage;
- Routine maintenance;
- Consumable components including bulbs, fuses and similar wear items.
Hyperbaric Chambers
The standard 2-Year KOVE Manufacturer’s Warranty applies to consumer purchases. Business and trade purchases are supplied with a 2-Year Parts Warranty, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Warranty Coverage
The warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting:
- Hyperbaric chamber;
- Air compressor;
- Oxygen concentrator;
- Pressure regulation system;
- Valves and gauges;
- Electrical components;

- Viewing windows.
Where a valid manufacturing defect is confirmed during the warranty period, KOVE will, at its discretion, repair the product, repair or replace the defective component, supply replacement parts, replace the product with an equivalent model, or provide a refund where appropriate.
Oxygen Concentrator Service Life
The supplied oxygen concentrator is designed with an expected service life of approximately 1,600 operating hours before major servicing or replacement may be required.
This service life is dependent on operating conditions, maintenance and usage.
The oxygen concentrator remains covered against manufacturing defects during the applicable warranty period. However, normal performance degradation or replacement resulting from reaching its expected service life is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered under warranty.
Replacement oxygen concentrators and spare parts remain available from KOVE.
Customer Responsibilities
To maintain warranty coverage, customers should:
- Install and operate the chamber in accordance with the supplied user manual.
- Use the chamber only for its intended purpose.
- Keep air intake filters clean.
- Replace intake filters where required.
- Keep the compressor and oxygen concentrator well ventilated.
- Keep the equipment clean and free from dust.
- Store the chamber clean and dry when not in use.
- Inspect hoses, valves and connections regularly.
- Report faults promptly once they become apparent.
Commercial & Shared Use
KOVE hyperbaric chambers may be suitable for shared use in gyms, studios, wellness centres and other commercial environments, provided the correct product has been selected and appropriate maintenance is carried out.
Products used in higher-frequency environments should be inspected and maintained more frequently than products used in domestic settings.
If you are purchasing a chamber for commercial or shared use, we strongly recommend contacting the KOVE team before ordering so we can recommend the most suitable product for your application.
Where a product is used in an environment or application for which it is not designed, or contrary to KOVE’s recommendation, warranty coverage may not apply where that use has contributed to the fault.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

- Commercial use beyond the product’s intended specification;
- Replacement of the oxygen concentrator due solely to reaching its expected service life of approximately 1,600 operating hours;
- Normal wear of consumable components including intake filters, oxygen masks, nasal cannulas, tubing and similar accessories.

- LED face masks;
- Eye massagers;

- Portable recovery accessories.
The standard 2-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty applies to manufacturing faults from the original order date.
The warranty is not renewed, restarted or extended where replacement devices, replacement parts or replacement accessories are supplied under warranty.
Use & Care Requirements
To maintain warranty coverage, customers should:
- Use the product only in accordance with the supplied instructions.
- Use only the supplied or approved charging equipment, power supplies and accessories.

Commercial Use
Products designed for residential use are not intended for commercial, rental, hospitality, spa, gym, clinic, treatment room or other high-frequency environments.
Where products are used commercially without prior written approval from KOVE, warranty coverage may not apply.
This includes use of products in a context they are not designed for, such as using a low-power residential chiller in a commercial environment.
Commercial-grade products remain subject to the warranty applicable to that specific product.

Warranty Remedies

- Repair the product;
- Repair the defective component;
