How to Use
- Position the panel approximately 10–30cm from the area you wish to target.
- Select RED, NIR, or both together.
- Set your session time using the control panel or remote.
- Relax and remain still during your session.
For most users, we recommend starting with 10–15 minutes per session, around 3–5 times per week.
As with most recovery tools, consistency matters. Red light therapy works best when used regularly as part of your routine.

Free UK Mainland Delivery
Most KOVE products are delivered FREE on the next working day to UK mainland postcodes when ordered before 3:00pm (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed after 3:00pm, on Fridays after the cut-off, or over the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day. Delivery times shown are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier logistics, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Large & Bulky Items
Many KOVE products, including saunas and ice baths, are delivered on pallets.

Missed Deliveries
- The first delivery attempt is free on orders over £100 (ex VAT)
- Missed deliveries may incur a re-delivery charge of £45 + VAT
