Welcome to your KOVE Hot & Cold Eye Massager.
This guide will help you get started safely and confidently, even if this is your first time using a smart eye therapy device.
What’s Included
Your KOVE Eye Massager set includes:
- 1 x Eye massager device
- 1 x USB-C charging cable
- 1 x Instruction manual
First-Time Setup
Before using the device for the first time, fully charge the unit.
- Charging time is approximately 3.5–4 hours
- The indicator light flashes blue while charging
- The indicator light stays solid blue when fully charged
Step 1: Charge the Device
- Use the supplied USB-C cable
- Connect to a 5V power source (plug, power bank, or computer)
- Wait until fully charged
- Important: The device cannot be used while charging
Step 2: Power On & Controls
The control panel lets you easily switch between modes. Indicator lights show which features are active.

Power Button
- Long press: Turn ON / OFF
- Short press: Switch between massage modes
- Double press: Activate high heat mode

Sleep Button
- Short press: Adjust relaxation (sleep) modes
- Long press: Mute / unmute sound
- Double press: Skip music track
Indicator Lights
The side panel lights show what’s currently active:

Step 3: Choose Your Mode
Hot & Cold Dynamic
Full recovery mode combining heat, cooling, compression, and vibration to stimulate circulation and reduce fatigue.
Warm Pressure
Gentle heat with air compression to relax eye muscles and relieve strain.
Cold Compression
Cooling with compression to reduce puffiness and refresh tired eyes.
Dynamic Pressure
Air compression and vibration for deeper massage and tension relief.
Hot & Cold Cycle
Alternating temperature therapy to boost circulation.
Warm Only
Soothing heat (34°C–38°C) for relaxation and comfort.
Cold Air Pressure
Cooling with compression to revitalise and de-puff.
Step 4: Customise Your Session
- 7 massage modes
- Heat settings: 34°C or 38°C
- Cooling: approx. 22°C
- Optional vibration and air compression
- Built-in music or Bluetooth playback
Bluetooth Connection
The device is automatically ready to connect — no setup required.
- Turn on the device
- Open Bluetooth settings on your phone
- Select the I Cool Massager from the list
Once connected, you can play your own music or audio through the built-in speakers.
Tip: The device enters pairing mode automatically when powered on.
Step 5: Your Treatment Routine
- Place the device comfortably over your eyes
- Adjust the strap for a secure fit
- Select your preferred mode
- Relax and enjoy the treatment
The device runs for approximately 10 minutes per session. Restart if needed.
For best results, use daily, especially after screen use or before sleep.

Routine 2: De-Puff & Refresh
- Mode: Cold Compression
- Time: 10 minutes
- Frequency: Morning or after screen use
Routine 3: Deep Recovery
- Mode: Hot & Cold Dynamic
- Time: 10–20 minutes
- Frequency: 1–2 times daily
Important Safety Notes
- Do not use while charging
- Remove contact lenses before use
- Do not use after recent eye surgery
- Avoid use if you have serious eye or vascular conditions
- Do not use in humid or high-temperature environments
- Do not disassemble the device
- This is a wellness device, not a medical device
Troubleshooting
- Device won’t start: Charge the device
- No pressure: Switch massage mode
- No heat or cooling: Let the device rest for 1 hour
- Not charging: Check cable connection
